About Me

Welcome to my website! I am thrilled that you have taken interest in my art and, since you’re here, my story. I hope you find some inspiration in you’re time here!

My love for art has been an undercurrent through my entire life, however, it became undeniable during my high school years. During this time, I started taking drawing classes and found a new interest in art history and the artist’s that paved the way before us. As the years passed, art remained a common theme in my life, though I didn’t consider myself to be at a level to make it my career. So for a while, I drew as a personal hobby while managing my full time responsibilities. But always dreaming of what it would be like to be a full time artist.

In the beginning of 2020, when the world changed for us all with the pandemic, I found that art was my saving grace in that time of world-wide isolation. I was drawing more than ever and yearned for more knowledge to expand my skillset. The YouTube tutorials and personal research just wasn’t enough. I needed to push myself to go further. In August of that year, I enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University as a student of Graphic Design. I thought this was a good path for me at the time. However, halfway through my studies, I was given an assignment to create a simple HTML video game to learn the basics of coding. This is where I found my true passion.

I instantly fell in love with the entire process of creating my simple game, Bravo. I knew that this was what I needed to do with my life and very quickly changed my major to 3D Video Game Design and Development. The classes I took following this change only solidified my love for this art form and hardened my determination to continue learning everything that I could.

Sadly, after making this change, my health started to decline and I discovered that I had developed a chronic illness that would permanently alter the course of my life. I started to question whether or not I would be able to continue my path in Game Design, as my physical abilities became greatly limited. However, I couldn’t let go of that dream. I couldn’t let go of the need to create. Quite the opposite actually, I needed to create more than ever. Just like in 2020, art became my solace. I poured myself into my schooling as much as possible, determined to finish my journey. Finally, in November of 2025, I graduated from SNHU with a Bachelor’s degree in 3D Video Game Art and Development.

While I found love for every aspect of game development during my academic journey. I most excelled in the area of Character Design. There is so much room for exploration, imagination, and creativity when it comes to creating characters that fit into their respective worlds and how they would interact with them. Because of the intense love that I have for the designing of characters specifically, I found that my character designs are my strongest skill in my toolbox.

Now, after refining the skills I learned in school. I feel ready to enter the professional field and provide my contribution to other developer’s games in ways that make the world’s feel more alive and interactive with the players. I hope this cooperative work will help me learn even more about the process while continuing to build my skills and working towards the creation of my own games.

I am beyond excited to enter the professional world of Game Design and ready to continue learning!
